We utilize innovative technology to safeguard your privacy during communication within the Gyfr app. This means that trainers and trainees won't have access to each other's phone numbers or email addresses. Furthermore, if you rate your trainer three stars or fewer, you won’t be matched with them again. Your feedback is anonymous and helps us take necessary actions to ensure the safety and well-being of our community.
