You can request a payout whenever you like. There’s no limit on how often you can withdraw your earnings.

Yes, you need to have at least $30 in earnings to request a payout.

Gyfr does not charge any fees for processing payouts. However, your bank or payment provider may have their own fees.

What about my tips?
Gyfr does not take any portion of your tips. When a client tips you, it will be added to your earnings within 24 hours.
Will I earn extra if I bring my own clients?
Yes, absolutely! You can sign up as our affiliate. For every client that signs up on Gyfr through your affiliate link, you’ll earn a 10% commission on each session they book. With no limits on the number of referrals, your earning potential is limitless!

Sessions must stay on Gyfr!
Trainers must not encourage clients to book sessions outside of our platform. Please be aware that all video calls are monitored. Any trainer found attempting to direct clients away from Gyfr will have their account permanently deactivated.

Maximize your 3-minute buffer time.
Each training session includes an extra 3 minutes of buffer time. You should use this time to discuss the client’s goals for the session and ensure a smooth start.

High quality, always.
Trainers should always strive to deliver their best and maintain a high rating. Accounts with ratings below 3.50 are at risk of deactivation. Your commitment to quality is essential for success on Gyfr.

No early exits.
You should carefully select which session requests to accept, as there is no penalty for declining multiple session requests. However, once a session is accepted, it must be completed in full to receive payment. Leaving a session before it is finished may result in non-payment and could put your account at risk of deactivation.

Once I finish the sign-up process, how long will account activation take?
Account activation typically takes 3-5 business days after initial sign-up. You’ll receive a notification once your account has been activated.
What are my responsibilities before and after a session?
Before the session, ensure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet space free from distractions. After the session, please rate your client to help maintain the quality of the Gyfr community. Any tips provided by the client will be deposited into your earnings within 24 hours, so keep an eye out for tips from your clients!
Are there topics I should avoid discussing during the session?
Yes, there are specific topics you must avoid. Refrain from asking for personal details or contact information, providing specific medical or nutritional advice, or asking the client to meet outside of the Gyfr platform. Calls are monitored to ensure compliance with our terms of service, and any violations will result in the deactivation of your account.
Can I provide nutritional advice to clients?
Trainers can offer general nutritional guidance as part of their services. However, unless you're a certified nutritionist or dietitian, do not provide specific dietary plans or medical advice. Stick to general recommendations and encourage clients to consult with a qualified nutrition professional for detailed advice.
Does Gyfr provide insurance for trainers?
No, Gyfr does not provide insurance for trainers. As an intermediary platform, Gyfr connects clients with trainers who are independent contractors. Trainers are responsible for securing their own insurance if they choose to do so.
What should I do if a session gets disconnected?
If your video call is disconnected, first try refreshing your page. If the issue persists, contact Gyfr support immediately to report the issue. Our customer support will work with you and the client to resolve the problem.
What if I feel uncomfortable during a session?
Your safety and comfort are our top priority. If you feel uncomfortable at any time during a session, you have the right to end it immediately and report the situation to Gyfr support. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
